May 12th Ticket to Friendship at Summit Brewing Company raises $4,000 for HFC summer programs!
Thanks to all who volunteered for, attended and/or sponsored the May 12th Ticket to Friendship event. Over 150 people attended the event and a good time was had by all! A special thank you to DeGidio's and FILO Productions for providing the wonderful food and to Summit Brewing Company for supplying their signature beer selection and the root beer. Over $4,000 was raised to support the HFC summer program
Thanks to St. Paul Serves for hosting March 30th fundraiser for HFC
St. Paul Serves, a non-profit organization based in St. Paul, hosted a Beer Tasting Dinner featuring Schell's Beer on March 30th at O'Gara's in St. Paul. 90 people attended the event and a good time was had by all. Emily Colaizy and Michael Corrigan provided information about the Highland Friendship Club and Ted Marti from Schells Brewery provided the entertainment for the evening.
Proceeds from the event will be used to provide weekly activities for HFC members. Thanks to everyone including Dave Cossetta, Dan and Kris O'Gara, Pete Skinner, Joe Gallagher and the FILO crew, Zack Ryan, Pat Harris and John Marshall from Saint Paul Serves for making this a great event!
Join your Highland Friendship Club friends at Davanni’s to celebrate summer and help support the HFC summer program.
Davanni’s will donate 20% of your eat-in or take-out (not delivery) food order on Tuesday, June 14th to the Highland Friendship Club. You must bring in the coupon on the back of this notice and present it when you are ordering your food. If you are ordering take-out over the phone, bring the coupon with you when you pick up your order. The coupon does not give you a 20% discount, it provides HFC with a donation that is 20% of your total order! In 2009, HFC received $350 from this event!
Make copies and pass coupons out to your friends and neighbors, we can’t pass them out at the door of Davanni’s. Our goal is to have 100 food orders on June 14th! You can help us meet that goal by spreading the word. To receive the donation from Davanni’s, everyone who participates must have a coupon with them when they come to Davanni’s to dine or pick up their order.
