Close out 2025 by helping HFC members pursue their hopes and dreams with your support! Donations received by January 31 will be matched up to $25,000 by the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation!
Batter up! Our annual adaptive baseball game is a community gathering in support of HFC members. Members play in front of cheering fans and coach Joe Mauer.

We offer a variety of programs for outdoor fun, like Walking Club, Adventure Day, tennis, camp and more!
