Scholarships & Waivers

HFC recognizes that financial barriers can exist. We have some options to help.

Waivers

Highland Friendship Club is able to accept Consumer Directed Community Support (CDCS) style waiver funds to cover the cost of programs!

If you have a CDCS waiver, connect with your waiver provider with us for next steps.

Scholarships

On average Highland Friendship Club (HFC) are $10 for online and $15 for in person programs.

Thanks to grant funding from the Mary Alphonse Bradley Fund and the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation, HFC is able to provide a scholarship program.

Scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the HFC Scholarship Committee.

Scholarship awards will cover program registration costs for HFC classes, programs, and events.

Scholarship Application Process

Applying for a scholarship is simple and only takes about 10 minutes to complete.

You'll need to provide your contact information and write a short explanation detailing your financial need and why you're requesting a scholarship.

Those awarded scholarships will be able to participate in HFC programs of their choice
